Advisor
David M. Ritter
David M. Ritter is currently the President of The Haymarket Group, LLC, a boutique management consulting firm based in The Woodlands, Texas, USA. He is also co-founder and Managing Director of R Squared Energy Ventures, a Texas LLC. R Squared Energy Ventures is an advisory and investment firm that focuses on asset and infrastructure projects in the energy/oil and gas industry.

Dave is an accomplished senior operations and strategic executive with over 39 years of experience in the energy industry. Most recently he was the Chief Operating Officer of Philadelphia Energy Solutions(PES) which is the largest refining complex on the US Eastern seaboard. Prior to that Dave was Senior Vice President in Saudi Refining, Inc. ARAMCO’s US affiliate. Dave retired from Royal Dutch Shell at the end of 2010, as group Vice President of Global Competitive Intelligence and Strategy. Dave began his career with Mobil/ExxonMobil and held senior leadership positions in refining, marketing, supply, trading, M&A and corporate strategy and spent more than a third of his career in outside the US. He also served as a leader in the Downstream oil & gas consulting practice of CG Ernst & Young, LLC.

Dave received his MBA in Finance as well as his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University. He also did post graduate work in Operations Management at the University of Southern California.

Larry Rosenblatt
Larry Rosenblatt brings over 40 years of progressively expanding and diverse experience and expertise in the energy field with a strong background in development, operations, and crude and product supply and trading. Relevant to oil supply and trading, Larry held managerial positions in crude oil supply, transportation, and trading, LNG and gas marketing, and product supply and operations for ExxonMobil. He managed the supply and transportation of crude to all Mobil oil refineries, as well as disposition of all Mobil produced crude oil. In addition, he was responsible for designing and approving hedging of certain crude oil positions and movements.
In addition, his LNG activities included 13 years, $100 billion, and almost 100 MTA of LNG project development (Australia, PNG, and Qatar production facilities; Terminals in the US, UK, and offshore Italy; and 40 LNG carriers including the largest ones ever built), LNG marketing (all major regions), and government negotiations. He also helped lead the design and start-up of Mobil’s LNG business unit, and held the positions of Director, Australian LNG Development, Vice President, Mobil LNG and Power, Inc. and Vice President, Mobil Global Gas & Power Inc. ExxonMobil - Mr. Rosenblatt held Vice Presidential positions in ExxonMobil, and previously Mobil Oil, in affiliate perations in Exploration & Production, LNG Project Development, Power, and Global Gas & Power. Previously, Larry held executive positions in project capture and development for oil and gas opportunities in the Middle East, LNG development and project management, natural gas operations, as well as crude oil and petroleum product supply, trading, and transportation. He coordinated development activities related to ExxonMobil’s activities for all Qatar projects. This portfolio included over $50 billion of Natural Gas and LNG production and processing plants, LNG ships, and terminal project investments. Mr. Rosenblatt also held management positions in Downstream Crude oil and refining Supply, Transportation, and Trading as well as Project Management positions in both Upstream and Downstream for ExxonMobil.
Mr. Rosenblatt received his Bachelor’s degree from Princeton University in Civil Engineering and his Master’s degree in
Management Science for the University of Southern California.
